More interstate ramp closures are scheduled in West Lebanon and White River Junction in the coming weeks as construction crews work to complete the project this November.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will close the Interstate-89 southbound Exit 20 off-ramp from noon to 5 p.m. this Thursday and next Wednesday, Oct. 8 and 14, according to a news release. Additionally, the Interstate-91 northbound Exit 10A off-ramp will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the same days as crews work on paving the roadways.
“Weather permitting, the ramps will be only closed for a portion of each day and will be opened once milling and paving are complete,” according to the release.
Motorists on I-89 southbound will be directed to Exit 19 and then have to take I-89 northbound to the Exit 20 off-ramp. Those driving on I-91 northbound will have to take Exit 12, then take I-91 southbound to the Exit 10A southbound off-ramp to I-89.
“Road users should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs,” New Hampshire DOT officials advised in the release.
