A section of the boom of a crane that fell across the southbound lanes of Interstate 89 in Royalton, Vt., sits at the roadside after being cut away on Friday, May 10, 2024. The southbound lanes were closed for about four hours while workers removed the boom from the crane, operated by Beck and Bellucci Inc.
