DORCHESTER — Incumbent and Selectboard chairman Craig Veasey defeated challenger O. Joe Demir for a two-year term on the Selectboard.
Veasey received 40 votes to Demir’s 12.
Selectman Sherman Hallock ran unopposed for a three-year term on the Selectboard.
Bob Green and William Trought won three-year terms on the town’s planning board. Green received 36 votes and Trought 33 to Melissa Howard’s 26 votes.
Voters passed all warrant articles during Saturday’s Town Meeting at Town Hall.
Articles approved included the town’s $560,536 operating budget. Voters also placed $5,000 from the unassigned fund balance into the cemetery and reevaluation funds.
