WINDSOR — Paul Woodman won a three-year seat on the Selectboard in a contested race. Tera Howard will also be joining the Selectboard for a two-year term.
Residents also voted in favor of an article that authorizes the Selectboard to bond, when needed, up to $1 million for road repairs and upgrades, and $2 million for improvements to the public water and sewer systems. The funds are in addition to the budget. Repayment of the borrowing would be by customers of the systems only.
All of the articles, including the $5,741,854 budget, passed. Four hundred and sixty-three residents turned out to vote.
