Article of note: Voters will be asked whether to exempt the Randolph Center Area Fire Association from real estate taxes for five years.

Contested races: There are no contested races.

Budgets and spending articles: Randolph voters will be asked to approve a municipal budget of $3.4 million, up about 5%, from the current year’s. Highway fund spending is up $34,000 to $2.02 million.

On the school side, the Orange Southwest School District is seeking approval of a $22.17 million budget, with education spending of $19,600 per equalized pupil.

When, where and how to vote: Randolph voters are scheduled to meet on the front steps of the Chandler Music Hall, 71-73 North Main St., on Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. to convene and recess the business meeting portion of Town Meeting until March 4, 2023. Australian ballot voting is scheduled to take place on March 1 at Town Hall, 7 Summer St., from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Orange Southwest School District’s annual meeting is scheduled to take place on Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. in person in the auditorium at Randolph Union High School, 15 Forest St., and online at: meet.google.com/san-bbvo-cqq
