HARTFORD — Motorists can expect delays as crews are scheduled to start paving the Hartford roundabout on Sykes Mountain Avenue and Route 5 on Sunday night. Paving will take place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Tuesday night, weather permitting. Workers will start at Route 5, continue through the roundabouts and end near the post office on Sykes Mountain Avenue.
