HANOVER — Hanover police are resuming fingerprinting services, which were suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the department.
In an announcement Tuesday, Hanover police wrote that services started again Tuesday and that anyone who needs to get fingerprinting done will need to make an appointment with the department by emailing Elizabeth.Rathburn@HanoverNH.org or calling 603-640-3327. Fingerprinting costs $25 for Hanover residents and $50 for non-residents.
The announcement follows similar news out of Hartford, where police resumed services in May. The cost to have fingerprints taken in Hartford is also $25, according to Hartford Interim Police Chief Brad Vail.
In both towns, people will need to wear masks when they attend the appointments inside the police departments.
