Icy, slick conditions and frigid weather have left the city of Lebanon scrambling this week to clear the sidewalks, leaving many pedestrians in a bind.
Jody Prue, 74, of Lebanon, who walks to work every day at the United Methodist Church, said she was walking on the road rather than the sidewalk because they still had ice and snow on them. โ€œI know they are doing their best,โ€ she said of city road crews, adding that she was thankful for their work.
