WINDSOR, VT — Margaret L. Rising of Windsor, VT, passed away on November 25, 2020, at home with her husband by her side.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at St. Francis Church in Windsor with interment in the Ascutney Cemetery. Knight Funeral Home in Windsor has been entrusted with arrangements.
