ENFIELD — Town officials are looking into contact tracing and potential quarantines after learning that a vendor at the Enfield Market tested positive for COVID-19 in the 24 hours before the Saturday event.

“The vendor, Whiskey Kissed Co., departed the market immediately at the request of the market organizers,” according to a statement posted on the town’s Facebook page.

The market took place at Huse Park and the vendor was there from around 10 a.m.-noon.

Market vendors are required to comply with COVID-19 precautions including wearing face masks, making hand sanitizer available and maintaining social distance between booths. Organizers also ask vendors with any possible symptoms of COVID-19 to not participate.

“Based on the best available information, it is believed that the vendor and all patrons that visited the vendor’s booth were wearing face masks,” the release said.

Anyone with questions or concerns can contact the town’s emergency management director, Police Chief Roy Holland, at rholland@enfield.nh.us or 603-632-7501.
