ETNA, NH — Robert “Bob” H. Adams, Jr., 71, passed away at the Jack Byrne Center in Lebanon on Saturday September 5th. He was born in Hanover, NH to the late Robert & Ruth (Crandall) Adams Sr. Bob’s elementary school years were at the schoolhouse in Etna. He graduated from Hanover High School, class of 1967. He attended college and later enlisted in the Army. He married his high school sweetheart Kathy McGahey in September 1970. Following his discharge, he returned home and began working for Ken LaClair Surveying, City of Lebanon Water Department, and Dartmouth College. As a young man he enjoyed hunting and pulling Oxen with his father for many years.
Bob is survived by his wife Kathy Adams, two daughters Kristie Judd and husband Gary, and Holly Blow and husband Rich, four grandchildren Justin Judd, Miranda Judd, Mackenzie Blow and Evan Blow. Two sisters Betty Hayward and husband Patrick, Rebecca LaHaye and husband John, many “favorite” nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Beany Wilmot.
