Brandy Blackinton has been promoted to senior vice president at Claremont Savings Bank, where she will now manage the bank’s retail lending department, including mortgage and consumer origination, credit administration and collections.
Blackinton, a Newport resident, joined Claremont Savings in 2013 as vice president and retail lending manager. She previously spent 17 years with the former Lake Sunapee Bank, now Bar Harbor Bank & Trust.
Bear Mountain Healthcare, owner of Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center, has promoted Martha Ilsley, administrator at Hanover Terrace, to the newly created position of regional director of operations for New Hampshire.
Ilsley, of Post Mills, said she will continue to be based in Hanover but said her new role has been created “because the owners are looking at acquiring other facilities maybe down the road in New Hampshire.”
Succeeding Ilsley as administrator at Hanover Terrace is Terry Ann Gainer.
Gainer, a Franklin, N.H., resident and licensed nursing home administrator, formerly owned and operated Lilley Lodge Assisted Living Facility in North Pole, Alaska, and the Austin Home in Webster, N.H.
Marissa Reilly, a physical therapist at Cioffredi & Associates in Lebanon, has received certification as a sports clinical specialist (SCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Reilly, a Springfield resident, heads the sports rehabilitation and performance program at Cioffredi.
