VICTOR, NY — With heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of Marilyn Linsley Stone on December 6, 2019. She was surrounded by family as she passed suddenly from complications due to a lung disease.
She leaves behind a loving husband of 52 years Robert Stone. Two heartbroken daughters Jennifer (Ben), Carrie (Luis). Six deeply loved grandchildren, Ryan, Molly, Robbie, Joaquin, Josefina, and Olive. A brother, George. Many cousins and countless extended family and friends.
Marilyn, along with her husband Bob, started and ran Cedar Circle Farm in East Thetford from 1982 – 2000; an operation that grew from a folding table to multiple farm stand locations, greenhouses and wholesale markets. Marilyn was known for her wonderful smile, contagious energy, kind heart and ability to connect with her employees and customers. Marilyn was passionate about helping others, gardening, baking and quilting; skills that she loved to share with others.
A celebration of life will be planned for Marilyn in Thetford this summer.
