CANAAN, NH — Freeman E. Pierce, Jr., 83, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Pine Rock Manor in Warner, NH. He was born in Hanover, NH June 12, 1936 to Freeman E. Pierce and Ruth Eastman Pierce. Freeman attended schools in Canaan graduating in 1954. In June of 1957 he married Sandra White and they had three children. Freeman worked for the State of NH for several years and retired from Split Ball (Timken) after 30 years.
He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
Freeman was predeceased by his parents, a son Larry, and a granddaughter Samantha.
Freeman is survived by his wife, Sandra; son, Randall (Debbie); daughter, Deborah (John Smith); six grandchildren, Sara Evans, Spencer Pierce, Savanna Pierce, Shane Pierce, Shawn Pierce, and Larry Pierce; and five great grandchildren, Michael Evans, Joshua Evans, Gabby Pierce, Kylee Pierce, Sophia Pierce, and counting. He is also survived by one brother, Melvin Pierce and family of Lebanon, NH.
