LEBANON — A 31-year-old Enfield man pleaded not guilty on Monday to three misdemeanors that allege he exposed himself on the Northern Rail Trail in Enfield.

Police arrested Nathan Glazier in August and cited him into court on three counts of indecent exposure/gross lewdness. His arrest followed an investigation that started when two women reported seeing a man masturbating on the side of the rail trail between Main Street and Route 4A, Enfield Police Roy Holland said previously.

Christopher R. O’Connor, an attorney with the Lower Grafton County Prosecutorial Association, confirmed Glazier appeared in Lebanon District Court on Monday.

The date of Glazier’s next court hearing wasn’t immediately available.

Glazier remains out on conditions of release, O’Connor said.
