Judie Lee Taylor passed away March 31, 2019 at home in Bethel Vermont surrounded by her loving family. Judie was born August 1954 to Randall and Sophia Taylor of Bethel Vermont. Judie attended Bethel schools and graduated as valedictorian of her Whitcomb High School class of 1972. She attended the University of Vermont. In 1980, at the suggestion of her sisters, Judie moved to Ann Arbor Michigan where she lived and worked at the University of Michigan Graduate Library. She retired in 2009 and returned to Bethel in 2014 where she lived until her passing.
Judie is survived by her mother Sophia (McCullough) Taylor, her sisters Dawn Taylor Wallace (Austin); Mary Stearns (Carl); Julie Taylor and Marjory Taylor and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A private burial will be held at Hickey Cemetery at a later date. Family and friends are invited to a gathering of remembrance of Judie at 33 Christian Hill Road, Bethel Vermont on June 2, 2019 at 2pm.
