Police: Man Struck Woman with Car at West Lebanon Gas Pumps

West Lebanon — A White River Junction man purposefully hit a woman with his car on Monday morning as they both tried to use the same gas pump at Circle K at the corner of Bridge and Main streets, according to a Lebanon police news release.

Daniel Guarino, 31, was charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, a felony, in connection with the incident, police said.

Police allege that at about 10:45 a.m., Guarino “intentionally struck” the woman with the “front of his vehicle.” The woman refused medical treatment at the scene, police said. She has not been identified.

Guarino was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 10, according to police.
