Madison, Wis. — The Dartmouth women finished 30th at the NCAA Cross Country National Championship on Saturday at the University of Wisconsin’s Thomas Zimmerman 6K Course.

Junior Georgia Fear set the pace for the Big Green, clocking a team-best time of 21 minutes, 19.79 seconds to place 130th in the field of 253 competitors.

Overall, Dartmouth finished the afternoon with 751 team points.

Colorado won the national title with 65 points, besting second-place New Mexico (103) in a dominant performance by the Buffaloes. That included an individual national title for Dani Jones (19:42.76).

Lauren Sapone (180th; 21:40.77), Olivia Lantz (200th; 21:57.13), Lillian Anderson (201st; 21:58.39) and Glennis Murphy (208th; 22:01.97) completed Dartmouth’s scoring.
