Lebanon — Lebanon police are asking for the public’s help in developing a five-year vision plan for the department.

The Strategic Plan will guide and prioritize the police department’s goals and objectives, offer guidance on how to best meet them and provide a system for measuring performance, according to a news release.

“It is the hope of the Lebanon Police Department that the community at large provide input topics, such as effective community engagement, crime reduction and prevention, community priorities, quality of life issues, and overall department performance,” the release states.

A meeting will be held on Nov. 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lebanon City Hall.
