White River Junction — A 37-year-old Vermont man facing a murder charge in connection with a shooting death in Chester, Vt., in 2008, is now facing six misdemeanors alleging he violated his conditions of release.

Timothy Arbuckle pleaded not guilty to the violations during an arraignment on Tuesday in Windsor Superior Court.

Judge Timothy Tomasi released him on conditions and $2,000 bail.

An affidavit written by Chester Police Officer Todd Mayer alleges that Arbuckle violated his curfew condition several times. He has a court order to remain inside his residence from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

That court order is tied to his second-degree murder case. Arbuckle has pleaded not guilty to that charge in a case that alleges he acted as an accessory to Kyle Bolaski in the death of Vincent Tamburello Jr., at a softball field in Chester.

In March, Judge Elizabeth Mann denied a motion to revoke Arbuckle’s bail, a push made by prosecutors who alleged then that Arbuckle had violated his conditions on several occasions.

He is scheduled to appear next in the White River Junction courthouse on Oct. 3.
