Hanover, N.H. — A memorial service to celebrate the life of Barbara Blough, who died on July 1, 2018, will be held at The Church of Christ at Dartmouth College at 11 a.m. on Sept. 15. Mandy Lape-Freeberg, Senior Pastor, will officiate. The church is located at 40 College St. in Hanover.
