Fairlee, Vt. — A joint graveside memorial service for Richard Owen Norman, 77, who died Nov. 29, 2017, and Muriel Tyler Norman, 78, who died June 13, 2018, will be held at the Fairlee Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4. Interment will follow. Arrangements are being handled by the Ricker Funeral Home in Woodsville, N.H.
