Upper Valley Health GroupWants Local Substance Use Input

Lebanon — All Together of the Upper Valley, a coalition group organized to prevent alcohol, substance misuse and suicide, wants to know what people see and how they feel about substance use in their local community, so they are conducting an anonymous online survey to find out.

Results from the survey will help guide All Together’s work in developing effective prevention strategies, the group said in a news release.

The online survey, which is confidential and does not require providing personal identifying information, takes about 15 minutes to complete and is open until July 31.

To take the survey, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2018ALLTogetherCommunitySurvey.

All Together, comprised of volunteer members, is based in the Community Health Improvement Department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
