Coral Springs, Fla. — Three members of the Dartmouth women’s golf team were named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholars Team this week.

Senior Jessica Kittelberger, junior Catharine Roddy and freshman Julianne Strauch were among more than 1,000 women highlighted for recognition. Kittelberger received the honor for the fourth consecutive year, while Roddy was named to the team last year as well.

Golfers are required to carry a minimum 3.50 grade-point average for inclusion, one of the most stringent standards in college athletics.

Concord 10, Lebanon 6

Concord — Host Post 21 jumped on Lebanon pitching for six first-inning runs en route to a senior New Hampshire American Legion win.

Post 22 (4-4 league, 6-6 overall) made the final score respectable with a five-run seventh highlighted by Nate Perkins’ two-run triple. Kyle Hammond was 3-for-4 with two runs and Jack Loftus finished 2-for-4 for Lebanon.

Post 22 hosts Nashua in nonleague action on Saturday.

Boys Soccer

Centerline FC 2Touchline V 1

Hillsboro, n.h. — Host Centerline FC converted on a long first-half throw-in and a late second-half free kick to hand Touchline V its first loss of the New Hampshire Soccer Conference season.

Touchline (5-1) countered Centerline’s opening goal through Connor Hamlin’s long-distance conversion. The hosts drilled a set piece into the upper right corner of the net to break the deadlock, from which Touchline couldn’t recover.

Dylan Kotlowitz and Neal Montibello led the defense. Goalkeepers Jack Maynes and Jackson Fisher combined on seven saves.

Touchline hosts Upper Valley United today at Norwich’s Huntley Meadow.
