Lebanon — A 32-year-old Lebanon man has been indicted by a Grafton County grand jury on 40 charges of possessing child pornography.

Joshua LaClair previously pleaded not guilty to all of the counts, which allege he had or distributed images that depict child sexual abuse.

He is released on bond, and has a dispositional conference scheduled for July 23 in the North Haverhill courthouse.
