Lebanon, N.H. — Lawrence David Pillsbury, 77, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born in Hanover, N.H. on April 17, 1941, to Lawrence and Margaret (Anderson) Pillsbury.

He attended Lebanon schools and served in the Army Reserves and Air Force. He was married to Linda Lower on Aug. 14, 1965. He worked as a truck and bus driver for local companies, including TexGas, Decato Brothers and prior to retirement, Advance Transit. David enjoyed camping, horseshoes and visiting with friends over a cup of coffee at The Fort.

He is survived by his wife Linda, also of Lebanon; brother, Billy Gunzinger of Lakeland, Fla.; sisters, Nancy MacGregor (Harold), Canaan, Sandra Duquette, West Lebanon and Barbara Pillsbury, Lebanon; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and father and mother-in-law, Richard and Bessie Lower.
