Veterans Health and Benefits Fair Comes to North Haverhill

North Haverhill — Horse Meadow Senior Center, located at 91 Horse Meadow Road in North Haverhill, will be hosting a veterans health and benefits fair on from 1-3 p.m. on Monday, June 18.

At the event, Stephen Plumb, a transition and care management services program manager at the White River Junction VA Medical Center, will speak to veterans and their family members about programs and benefits that they are entitled to. 

“We know there are so many veterans out there who do not know what they’re eligible for,” said Wanda Sawyer, the activities and volunteer coordinator at Horse Meadow Senior Center, who helped organize the event. “There are things they’re completely unaware of.”

Any veterans and their family members are encouraged to attend the event.
