Grantham
New Hampshire Department of Transportation Civil Engineer Jeffrey Potter said Pike Industries workers will tear up the existing pavement on the ramp and repave it between the hours of 5 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Grantham Town Administrator Melissa White said the morning and afternoon school bus routes will not be impacted.
The paving project is part of the larger Grantham-Enfield construction project that entails resurfacing I-89 from just north of Exit 13 to just before Exit 16, Potter said. The project also includes replacing drainage, filling in sinkholes and rock scaling.
The entire project is projected to cost $3.4 million.
