Park City, Utah— Past Olympic medalists Lindsey Vonn, Mikaela Shiffrin, Ted Ligety and Andrew Weibrecht are among the 22 ski racers named to the U.S. Alpine team heading to the Pyeongchang Games.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard announced the roster on Wednesday.

Vonn won a downhill gold and super-G bronze at the 2010 Vancouver Games, then sat out the Sochi Olympics four years later because of a knee injury. Shiffrin, a former Lyme resident, won a slalom gold in 2014, while Ligety owns two golds and Weibrecht, a Dartmouth College graduate, has one silver and one bronze.

A couple of familiar faces and multiple-medal winners who are not on the team because they have retired from competition are Bode Miller and Julia Mancuso.

The U.S. men’s team includes David Chodounsky, a former NCAA slalom champion for Dartmouth; Tommy Ford, who attended Dartmouth; Nolan Kasper, who attends Dartmouth; Tim Jitloff and Steven Nyman. The women’s roster includes Stacey Cook, Megan McJames, Alice Mckennis, Laurenne Ross, Resi Stiegler and Jackie Wiles.

The Olympics open Feb. 9 in South Korea.

Browns Hire Haley As Offensive Coordinator

Cleveland — Todd Haley was hired as Browns coach Hue Jackson’s offensive coordinator.

The 50-year-old Haley spent six seasons guiding Pittsburgh’s high-powered offense but was fired following the Steelers’ loss to Jacksonville in the playoffs.

Jackson has handled play-calling duties while going 1-31 in his first two seasons with Cleveland.

In Pittsburgh, Haley oversaw the Steelers’ talented offense featuring Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell. He won’t have as much to work with in Cleveland, but the Browns are expected to take a quarterback with No. 1 overall draft pick.

Jaguars’ Ngakoue, Bills’ Incognito Settle Differences

Lake Buena Vista, Fla. — Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Yannick Ngakoue said he and Buffalo Bills guard Richie Incognito have cleared the air after Ngakoue accused Incognito of using “weak racist slurs” during a playoff game earlier this month.

Ngakoue said the Pro Bowl teammates talked it out Wednesday and are good to go.

Ngakoue declined to get into specifics about their conversation at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports complex, preferring to move on. Incognito rushed off the field following the AFC’s squad’s practice and declined interview requests.

No Eagles Jersey For William Penn Statue

Philadelphia — Philadelphia’s mayor said he won’t jinx the Eagles ahead of their Super Bowl appearance by placing the team’s jersey on the statue of William Penn atop City Hall.

Democratic Mayor Jim Kenney said Tuesday he wants the city’s football team to win the big game. But his spokesman told WCAU-TV he didn’t want to risk putting the jersey on the statue.

The city placed a Phillies baseball cap on the statue during the 1993 World Series and a Flyers jersey on the statue during the 1997 Stanley Cup Final. Both teams lost.

The Philadelphia Eagles have never won a Super Bowl. They face the New England Patriots on Feb. 4 in Minneapolis.

Kenney said he plans to watch the game in Philadelphia.
