Tiffany Ash, of Lempster, N.H., has been promoted to branch relationship manager of the Claremont office of Lake Sunapee Bank, a division of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Ash has more than 10 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry. She has held a variety of progressive positions since joining Lake Sunapee Bank in 2004, beginning as a teller, and working her way up to a managerial role. Most recently, she held the role of customer service manager and area staffing coordinator in Lake Sunapee Bankโ€™s Hillsboro, N.H., office. A native of Newport, Ash holds a bachelorโ€™s degree from Keene State College and a general banking diploma from the Center for Financial Training.

Rob Mayo, of Plainfield, has joined A.B. Gile Inc. in West Lebanon as a business account executive. In his new role, Mayo will be responsible for the production, marketing and servicing of commercial insurance accounts for the 146-year- old insurance agency. Mayo has seven years of middle-market underwriting experience with the Utica National Insurance Group, where he handled a large book of business concentrated in transportation, construction and manufacturing risks in southern New Hampshire and eastern Massachusetts. He earned a bachelorโ€™s degree in managerial economics from Bentley University and holds the associate in commercial underwriting/management professional designation. He served with his father, A.B. Gile owner Gary Mayo, in risk management at the Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles in 2015 and Austria in 2017. He also will be on the risk management staff for the next World Games in Abu Dhabi in 2019.

David Conrad, of Lebanon, a driver for Evans Group, and Kerry Jenkins, of Newport, a driver for Wal-Mart Transportation, were among six professional truck drivers from New Hampshire honored with the designation of master truck driver in a ceremony at the Statehouse earlier this month. Criteria for the designation include a record of 1 million accident-free miles or 25,000 hours of accident-free driving, no citations within the past three years, and the performance of some meritorious act of selflessness, participation in community service, or demonstrated leadership in a program or event that promotes the trucking industryโ€™s ideals and growth. Each driver was recognized by a state Senate resolution, an engraved plaque and a specially monogrammed jacket.
