Lebanon — Interstate Tire, on Bridge Street in West Lebanon, has been sold to Vianor Tire & Auto Service, a fast-growing New England tire and auto service that is part of the Nokian Tyres network of service centers.

And City Tire Co., which has been operating on Railroad Avenue between the West Lebanon Fire Station and West Lebanon Supply for 20 years, is set to close in October.

Interstate Tire owner Glenn Crowe said he’s decided it’s time to retire.

Officials at City Tire, which is based in Massachusetts and operates 11 tire stores, did not return messages seeking comment. But Sean Childs, general manager of the West Lebanon shop, said if you’ve been storing your winter tires there, now is the time to come pick them up. Customers have until Oct. 15, he said.
