When it came to supporting a good cause, this bunch didn’t spend Saturday afternoon horsing around.
Professional and amateur polo players united for a purpose, playing a charity match at the Heritage Farm Polo Club in Canaan. The day featured the contributions of Tiger Kneece, a one-time top-ranked American polo star who continues to play professionally when he’s not running a training program in South Carolina.
Between the match, a silent auction and donations, organizers raised $1,524 for the Mascoma Senior Center.
