Dylan Derego allegedly brandished a weapon in the Miracle Mile Plaza after he took issue with a car that was parked in a handicapped spot, according to a Lebanon Police Department news release issued this morning.
“The driver of the parked car exited his vehicle and as Derego was leaving, the two exchanged words,” police said in the release. “During the brief exchange, Derego pulled and allegedly pointed a semi-automatic handgun on the other driver.”
Derego has been cited into court on a single felony count of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He was released on $2,500 cash bail pending his May 15 arraignment in Grafton Superior Court in North Haverhill.
