Canaan, N.H. —  Gardner “Ron” Ronald Hathorn,78, passed away Tuesday April 11, 2017. Gardner grew up in White River Junction, Vt. and attended schools there. As a young man, he worked with his father who operated a vending business. He had worked many years for Sears as an installation man and then later for himself as a general contractor. Gardner was an active outdoorsman who enjoyed bear hunting, both ice fishing and fly fishing. He was a member of the NRA. He was married to Mary Hathorn.

He is survived by his lady friend Jean Dalton, three daughters Ronda Hathorn, Kim Dunn and step daughter Crystal Traegde, two brothers Reginald Hathorn and Brian Hathorn, a sister Linda Drury, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to Ron’s calling hours at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon Wednesday April 19 from 6 p.m.to 8 p.m. Beginning at 8 p.m. a funeral will be held at the funeral home.

Ron’s burial will be announced at a later date.
