Claremont  —  Mark Perry, 38, of Claremont, will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to charges related to three burglaries on Charlestown Road last fall.

Earlier this week, Perry pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property from burglaries at the Head Start location owned by Southwestern Community Services and Howe Motors. Last month, he pleaded guilty to breaking into Marro Home Center. All three businesses are in close proximity to each other and at the time Perry was living on Charlestown Road.

Sullivan County Attorney Marc Hathaway said his office is recommending a five-to-10-year sentence for the burglary and two, 7½-to-15-year suspended sentences for the other felonies.

If those sentences are brought forward they would be served at the same time but after the burglary sentence, Hathaway said.

Perry’s accomplice, Justin Daisy, 25, pleaded guilty last month to burglary and receiving stolen property and was given a one-year sentence in the county’s House of Correction. In addition, he faces sentencing later this month for being in possession of a firearm that had been reported stolen.

Perry and Daisy were ordered to pay restitution to Southwestern Community Services and Howe Motors.
