Monique Earle had a bail revocation hearing scheduled for Monday afternoon in Sullivan Superior Court but she couldn’t make it, Sullivan County Attorney Marc Hathaway said.
Hathaway requested an order for her arrest, citing her prior failures to appear.
Earle was scheduled for a bail hearing on March 15, but didn’t appear because her ride cancelled, and when the hearing was rescheduled for later that week, she also didn’t appear.
According to her public defenders, she was hospitalized over pre-term labor concerns at the time of her second hearing.
Earle, 20, faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and criminal solicitation to commit murder. She allegedly plotted to kill her then-ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend in November.
Prosecutors filed a motion to revoke her bail in early March because she allegedly had repeated contact with her then-ex, whom she has been ordered not to have contact with.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Earle, who is residing in Nashua, hadn’t been arrested.
