North Haverhill — A 21-year-old Canaan man has been indicted on several charges in connection with a single-vehicle rollover crash in December that killed a 25-year-old male passenger and seriously injured another.

Zachary M. Warner faces five felony charges: negligent homicide — DUI, negligent homicide, driving under the influence, tampering with witnesses and reckless conduct.

Canaan resident Kyle Boisvert was killed in the crash and Pennsylvania resident Hannah Linowski, 26, suffered serious injuries. A third passenger, 23-year-old Lebanon resident Jennifer Gavell, was released from the hospital shortly after the incident, according to police.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but rather a finding by a grand jury that there is sufficient evidence for a prosecutor to proceed with a criminal case.

The 2013 Mascoma Regional High School graduate will be arraigned on April 10 in Grafton Superior Court in North Haverhill. He currently remains out on personal recognizance bail.
