The Big Green (10-5) also defeated UCF on Friday and topped Miami twice earlier in the season.
Danielak (4-0) picked up his fourth win in as many starts while allowing six hits in his season-high eight innings of work. The right-hander held the Knights (18-6) scoreless for the first seven innings, throwing 104 pitches without walking a batter. He also fanned at least one batter in seven of his eight innings, two of which came with a man on third and one out.
Senior Chris Burkholder pitched a scoreless ninth to earn a save for the second straight night and his fifth of the season.
All four Big Green runs crossed the plate in the sixth inning thanks in part to a pair of UCF errors, the second of which allowed Dartmouth’s first two runs to score. Freshman Trevor Johnson followed with a two-run single through the box for a 4-0 Dartmouth lead.
Juan Pimentel took the loss for UCF. He allowed four runs, none earned, and seven hits over 5⅔ innings.
Dartmouth Takes First Win

The Big Green is 1-17-1, while Pacific is 17-17 and UC Riverside is 16-9.
Against UC Riverside, Big Green pitcher Breanna Ethridge tossed a complete-game six-hitter.
Karen Chaw’s seventh-inning single scored Maddie Damore to snap a 2-2 tie. Chloe Madill added a two-run double to break the game open.
Earlier, Dartmouth managed only six hits against Pacific, which scored five runs in the first and nine in the second as the game was shortened to five innings because of the mercy rule.
Dartmouth wraps up its west coast swing today against 15th-ranked UCLA.
Princeton 18, Dartmouth 8

The Big Green is 4-3, 0-2 Ivy; the Tigers are 6-1, 2-0.
Princeton goalie Ellie DeGarmo stopped a career-high 17 shots, while freshman Kiera Vrindten had eight saves in goal for Dartmouth.
Kathryn Giroux, Kierra Sweeney and Cara DePippo each scored twice for the Green, while Courtney Weisse notched her team-leading 19th goal of the season.
Giroux also had a game-high six draw controls.
Kathryn Hallett and Olivia Hompe each notched hat tricks for Dartmouth, which suffered its third straight loss after starting the season with four wins.
Princeton scored the first eight games of the afternoon and led, 10-1, at intermission. The Green bounced back with a much better second half, scoring seven of their eight goals in the final 30 minutes.
In all, the Tigers held a 20-16 edge in ground balls, a 17-11 advantage in draws and a 26-25 lead in shots on goal.
The Big Green is back in action Wednesday, when its takes on Siena in Loudonville, N.Y.
Dartmouth Competes At N.C. State

In men’s events, the Big Green’s Justin Donawa won the triple jump in 50 feet, 5.5 inches, a mark more than five inches better than the next-best collegian.
In the javelin, freshman Cole Andrus was fourth, and Colin Minor was sixth in the hammer throw.
For the women, Julia Valenti (fifth) and Shanthi Hiremath (eighth) were top-10 finishers in the pole vault, and former Lebanon High athlete Moriah Morton was fifth in the javelin, with teammate Olivia Wiener ninth.
Cadets Win NCAA Title
Utica, n.y.
The title was the fourth for the Cadets, who last won it all in 2010.
Anthony Flaherty, Todd Jakcson, Paul Russell and William Pelletier scored for Norwich. Pelletier was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player.
Ty Reichenbach made 35 saves for the Cadets, while Alex Morin made 31 for the Bantams. Tyler Whitney scored for Trinity.
On Friday, Norwich defeated Adrian, 5-4 in overtime, to reach the championship game.
Two Kimball Union Academy alumni, sophomore defenseman Cam Beecy and freshman forward Jack Griffin, play for the Cadets.
