Massapequa, N.Y. — Thomas Fredrick Elgin of Massapequa Long Island and 92 Hawley Drive, Enfield, N.H. passed away on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at his home in Long Island.

Tom is survived by his daughter, Avery; his sisters, Donna and Susan; his two brothers, Larry and Kevin; and also his parents, Eileen and Larry Elgin of Enfield.
