Patrick Logan had a goal and assist. Jenson Dodge and Duncan Bailey netted one each; Bailey’s goal was the first of his career. Will Smith finished the game with a helper.
But the story of the game was Luke Ratliff, who finished the game with 24 saves in goal for the Marauders. He faced 12 shots and stopped all of them in the first period as Hanover’s defense struggled to find its footing early in the game.
“He really had a great start to this game to keep us alive,” said Hanover head coach Dick Dodds.
The Marauders came alive with three goals in the second period and another two in the third.
The Marauders (12-5 overall, 9-4 league) travel to Concord on Wednesday.

Newport Finishes Second at Twin Rivers Classic

Campbell edged Newport by three points. Gavin Lovely also took first at 182 pounds, as did Mike Tremblay (195 pounds). Riley Avery (113 pounds), Matt Hennig (170 pounds) placed third.
Newport hosts White Mountains on Wednesday.
Lebanon, Hanover Compete at Plymouth Invitational
Waterville Valley, N.H.
Hanover’s boys finished third in the giant slalom; its girls team finished third in giant slalom and third in slalom. Lebanon’s boys took fourth in giant slalom.
Hanover’s Finn Higgins placed seventh in the giant slalom.
Raiders’ Logan French took 14th.
