Police say Bao Ming Chen, of Maple Street, was driving a 2016 Acura MDX on the Everett Turnpike when he was rear-ended by a 2008 Ford Focus driven by Samantha Cote, 23, of Merrimack, N.H.
Chen then got out of the car and was struck by a 2004 Acura RSX operated by George Roeschlaub, of Hudson, N.H., according to a state police news release.
Chen suffered fatal injuries from the collision. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital, according to the release.
According to the state Secrtary of State’s website, Chen was the owner of Koto Japanese Steak House on Route 12A in West Lebanon.
Police say Cote suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
