With his third win this season, the 22-year-old Norwegian drew level atop the slalom standings with Austrian rival Marcel Hirscher, who was 2.19 seconds back in third place.
Fog drifted across the course as first-run leader Kristoffersen also set the fastest time in the second leg.
Still, it did not compare to the thick fog that slowed Hirscher and other top racers in the morning run.
Italy’s Manfred Moelgg finished second to continue his career renaissance at age 34 after winning on Thursday at Zagreb, Croatia, where Kristoffersen was third.
Kristoffersen’s 13th career World Cup win was his 12th in slalom. The Olympic bronze medalist is poised to start favorite at the world championships next month, also in Switzerland at St. Moritz.

Having started the final stage in second place, Weng quickly surged into the lead and won the 9-kilometer climb up Mount Cermis in Val di Fiemme.
Weng finished 1 minute, 37.0 seconds ahead of Finland’s Krista Parmakoski and 1:54.4 ahead of Sweden’s Stina Nilsson, who had the lead entering the day.
“I caught Stina at the bottom and I wanted to sprint away right away,” Weng said.
Weng had just enough energy to pump her left arm in celebration before collapsing after crossing the finish line.
Weng also extended her lead in the overall World Cup standings to 308 points ahead of fellow Norwegian Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg, who finished fourth in the Tour.
Sergey Ustiugov of Russia had a comfortable lead entering the final men’s stage later.
