Hartland — Jennifer Grant and Robert James Anderegg were married on Aug. 14, 2016, on the grounds of the Coolidge Historic Site in Plymouth Notch, Vt.

The bridegroom’s elder son, Caspar John Anderegg, officiated at the ceremony and his wife, Madeline Rhea Ouradnik Burton, served as the wedding photographer. The bridegroom’s younger son, Cotey Orion Anderegg, and the bride’s son, Eric Westney Petersson, played acoustic guitar music and served as ring bearers. The bride’s best friend, Linda Ann Oronte, escorted by her husband James Daniel Oronte, was the matron of honor. The bride’s daughter, Emma Christina Petersson, escorted by William Christian Wuttke, was the maid of honor.

The wedding focused on blending their two families and there were no other guests in attendance. The couple plans to host a celebration later with additional family and friends.

The bride wore an ivory crepe dress with a scalloped hem and a head wreath, which the couple’s respective children made from flowers picked on their Hartland property. Her bouquet was from the Mount Tom Farmer’s Market.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Alva Grant, of Acworth, N.H. She graduated from Fall Mountain Regional High School in 1985 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., and her master’s degree from Cornell University, in Ithaca, N.Y. She is the executive director of Windsor County Partners in Windsor.

The bridegroom is the son of the late Robert and Anita Anderegg, of Fond du Lac, Wis. He graduated from Fond du Lac High School in 1969. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and his doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. He is the associate director of the Four Winds Nature Institute in Chittenden, Vt.

The couple honeymooned in Savannah and Augusta, Ga.
