Lindsay Smith, of Enfield, has joined the Hanover Co-op Food Stores as food educator. Prior to joining the Hanover Co-op, Smith held management positions at local establishments including the Lebanon Farmers’ Market, the Enfield Farmers’ Market and the Village Herb Garden at the Enfield Shaker Museum. She has master’s degree in rural sociology from Penn State University, where she focused on local, sustainable agriculture and women in farming.

Bruce Follett, of Ascutney, has been named director of operations for all Hanover Co-op Food Store locations. For the past four years, Follett has served as merchandising director for the cooperative. In his new position, Follett is responsible for planning and directing merchandising and operational goals in accordance with the Co-op’s overall policies and business plans. Follett has been with the Co-op since 1999.

Lucy S. Rooney, of Wilmot, N.H., will become a member and principal Connolly Law Offices PLLC, which has offices in New London and Lebanon, effective Jan. 1. Rooney is a 2013 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a 2010 graduate of St. Lawrence University. Her practice is focused on estate and trust planning and administration, and small business organization and succession planning.
