South Royalton, Vt. — Barbara A. Nell, 72, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, at the Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, Vt. with her family by her side, after a battle with cancer. Arrangements are pending at the Boardway & Cilley Funeral Home, Chelsea, Vt.
