Lebanon, N.H. — Anita H. Seamans, 68, formerly of Grafton, N.H. passed away Monday, June 27, 2016, at Genesis-Lebanon Center. She was born in Franklin, N.H. on Oct. 24, 1947, to the late Howard A. & Thelma (Hall) Seamans. Anita graduated from Mascoma High School, Class of 1966. She earned her certification as an LNA and began working for Pierce’s Nursing Home in Enfield, the Clough Center in New London and worked at Genesis in Lebanon until her illness in 2001. During the past year while receiving care at Genesis she grew very fond of a local musical group “The Wild Women”.

She is survived by her siblings, Sandra Barker and family, Tom Seamans (Marilynn), Elaine Stone (Albert), Howard “Chip” Seamans (Peg); nieces and nephews, John, Jamie, Tonya, Tara, Eric, Jared, Tabitha and Stacey; many great nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to memorial calling hours on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at 11 a.m. at The Pine Grove Cemetery in Grafton.
