Bethel, Vt. — Forrest D. Washburn, 89, of Bethel, died Friday night, June 10, 2016, at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25 at Fairview Cemetery in Bethel, with Pastor Thomas Harty, officiating. There are no calling hours.
