Thetford placed third in both boys and girls and both Hanover teams placed fourth.
Lebanon junior Ryan Milliken placed first in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes. Thetford’s Sage Whitecloud placed first in the pole vault and senior Julio Lopez placed second in the high jump. Hanover sophomore Morgan Baughman won the boys 1,600 meters.
On the girls side, Lebanon’s Kyle Grohbrugge led the way with wins in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes. Junior Corrine Kennedy added a win at 300-meter hurdles and the Lebanon girls won the 4×400 meter relay. Thetford’s Hannah Harkins won the girls long jump and triple jump. Hanover’s Sarah Dunbar placed third in both the 200-meter dash and the 400- meter dash.

Girls Team Scores:

Hinesburg, Vt.
For the boys, Oxbow freshman Tim Rudder placed first in the 400 meter dash (1:02.50) and Willy Moreno finished second (1:04.94). Griffin Shaw finished first in the 110 high hurdles (17.9) and Jon Puffer finished first in the pole vault (10-00).
Rivendell sophomore Owen Pelletier, who travels and works out with Oxbow’s track team, finished first in the 100-meter dash (12.00) and second in the 200-meter dash (24.50).
Oxbow’s Hannah Giesing and Izzy Giesing placed first in both the 400 and the 3,000 meters, respectively. Hannah Giesing also won the 4×400 meter relay (4:48.40) with Claire Cook, Emily Carson and Izzy Giesing.
Katie O’Connell also won the girls triple jump (24-01.50).

Castleton, Vt.
The Spartans improved to 16-9 overall and 10-2 in the conference.
Jackson Musco and Woodstock native Doug Avellino each scored for Colby-Sawyer in game one. Nathan Frongillo and Brendan Thurber added to the Chargers’ runs in game two.

Colby-Sawyer sits atop the NAC East Division standings at 3-0. The Chargers will travel to Green Mountain on Sunday for a 1 p.m. match with the Eagles.
The Chargers’ top doubles team of Gustav Jigrup and Shawn Bissonette defeated MCLA duo Aaron Goldsmith and Rob Washinak, 8-3. Ross Kenney and Alex Wright did not drop a game en route to an 8-0 victory at No. 2 doubles.
