Perkinsville, Vt. — James W.B. Parry, 62, died Saturday April 9, 2016 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. The Knight Funeral Home in Windsor has been entrusted with arrangements. A full obituary will follow in a later edition of the Valley News.
