Crossroad Farm celebrated Jamaican Independence Day with their three Jamaican seasonal workers, providing them with a traditional meal of Mannish Water, jerk chicken, rice and beans, and curried goat, while also providing an opportunity for Dartmouth students to learn about the importance of guest workers.
